Customer Service / Cashier

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about latest pro shop products and Bowling services.
• Communicating courteously with customers and act promptly to ensure good deal of communication by face to face, telephone, email and letter.
• Providing help and advice to customers during tournaments and events
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Attracts potential customers; suggesting information about latest monthly promos and services.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, writing reports, details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
• Responsible for notifying administration of any required updates of customer records on the organization s internal database.
• Responsible for actively ensuring the retention of the organization s customer base which includes promoting the organization to existing customers.
• Works with the organization s other branch/regional offices to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
• Regularly provides feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of the customer service department s policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• Incumbent is required to have 2 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Good Knowledge of English and Arabic language.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must work well under pressure, be able to work with many projects simultaneously with excellent interpersonal and communication skills an excellent sense of priorities is required.
• Knowledge in POS system will be Preferable.
