  • Responsible all immigration activities.
  • Receiving and taking the documents from site office .
  • Administrative work and customer support.
  • All representative and typing works with all online E-Government Service as exit permit, visa submit and print , finger print, medical online appointment RP (Iqama) fire service , embassies, visa application, Submission etc.
  • Translate in related work and drafting latters in Arabic and English.
  • Prepare and types of building contract and embassies agreement , invoice quotations in Arabic and English.
  • Arrangement and coordination of document in professional filing system.
  • Receiving and giving response of mail.
  • To Receive out coming calls.
  • Account of daily income and expenses labor salary and duty records etc.
  • Data entry , debit and credit report and all accounting works.
