- Responsible all immigration activities.
- Receiving and taking the documents from site office .
- Administrative work and customer support.
- All representative and typing works with all online E-Government Service as exit permit, visa submit and print , finger print, medical online appointment RP (Iqama) fire service , embassies, visa application, Submission etc.
- Translate in related work and drafting latters in Arabic and English.
- Prepare and types of building contract and embassies agreement , invoice quotations in Arabic and English.
- Arrangement and coordination of document in professional filing system.
- Receiving and giving response of mail.
- To Receive out coming calls.
- Account of daily income and expenses labor salary and duty records etc.
- Data entry , debit and credit report and all accounting works.
