REQUIRED SKILLS: The general skills and qualifications required for the Desktop support technical resources are as follows: _ Strong hands on experience in IT equipment setup, support, troubleshooting and maintenance. _ Strong knowledge of the fundamental operations of the software, hardware and other equipment requirements and configurations. _ Experience is practicing an Incident Management Procedure (tracking processes and applications) _ Excellent oral and written communication skills. _ Excellent skills and working experience in customer service practices. _ Experience in documentation and good learning skills. _ High problem analysis and solving skills. _ Good planning and organizing skills and attention to detail. _ Possesses good professional character and work ethics. _ Excellent Teamwork skills– Work well in teams-oriented environment NOTE: The desktop support technicians will be expected to fully comprehend LMRA’s Incident Management Procedure and to follow it in practice.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5.4.1. For Desktop Support Technician: MUST HAVE: _ candidates must be MCSA Windows 10 certified or expected to get certified within 2 months after onboarding. _ CompTIA Network + and/or CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience (Subject to interview approval). OTHERS (CONSIDERED AS STRONG ASSET): _ HDI- Technical Support Professional
Salary Range – BD 350 – BD 500
