Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organization and Change Management.
Expert in managing complex organizational changes, preferably in Oil and Gas.
Help grow the Change Management capability within the team, through best practices, learning and coaching. -Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal, negotiating, conflict management, coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent client relationship skills and able to work smoothly with executives both internal and external to client.
Experienced in project management and business modelling/engineering, preferably with technical writer skills.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Business Systems Analysis and Design or in the related fields of Humanistic studies.
