Atmosphere Real Estate is now hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager to be a part of our fun and enjoyable Sales Team where you can work with a smile!!!
We are looking for:
Must have 5 years experience in Real Estate Management Role
Smart, Positive and Self Motivated Real Estate Professional
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Must have excellent knowledge in Microsoft office: Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM- MyCrm etc.
Experience in using Propspace CRM is a must
Must have an in-depth marketing knowledge and unique market insights about Real Estate
Solid knowledge about Real Estate Laws and Procedures, and back-office paperwork
Possessing a strong level of integrity and work ethics, individual initiative, and flexibility in his/her schedule
Must be Creative and have “can do attitude”
Should have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and verbal with stakeholders
Has excellent planning, organizational and leadership qualities
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
Full time and must be available to join immediately
Must have UAE driver’s license
Follow company procedures and be a good team player
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target.
Motivate their agents to close sales
Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
After training, set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and these goals are tracked through sales meetings
Offer advice and motivation if the goals are not met
Mentoring and coaching team members to develop competencies and assisting in closing deals if required
May offer incentives and reward teams that reach their goal
Ensuring compliance of staff with office policies and applicable UAE business and labor laws
Should assess and review business approach and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
