Leasing Officer
-Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year Business-related course…
-Has a background and knowledge in various functions in operations and administration
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Superior management and organizational skills
-Expert in negotiating
-Comprehensive knowledge in the industry
-Ability to read and interpret property maps, surveys, land descriptions, etc.
-Very good interpersonal relationships with property owners, local government officials, lawyers, service providers and employees
-Capable of maintaining records and files pertaining to Land Acquisition
-Proficient in computer programs
-Monitor lease renewals
-Responds to leasing concerns
-Handle walk-in and telephone inqueries
-Willing to be assigned in BGC
