Educational Qualifications
Fresh Bachelor degree in any related discipline. Two years College Diploma in a related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience preferably in similar profile OR Specialised certificate / license in the related field with Secondary School and having 4 years of WY / Aviation work experience preferably in a similar profile / industry.

Job Description
Admin Duties
Prepare the SOR (overtime calculations) of all Ramp staffs and entering them through the system.
Create, maintain, verify roster in OTL system.
Follow up leave salaries of Ramp staffs with the payroll section and other monetary matters for staffs.
Entering/verifying annual absent/leave/sick leaves through the system.

Prepare the requisitions of staff uniform through the ERP system.
Monitor the absenteeism of ramp staffs and reporting the same to human resources for action.
Prepare and submit monthly section-wise Leaves, Absenteeism and Overtime Summary Report to Manager – GSEW.
Maintains effective liaison and communication with individuals, internal and external, Airlines, stakeholders and agencies on a range of specified issues.
Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriated; establishes and maintains all Ramp Admin files and records.
Monitors all Duty Travel requests for assigned Section and brings forward for approval. Maintains up to date hard copy record of all DT requests.
Technical Duties
Plan maintenance schedule of company’s aircraft GSE and vehicles in cost effective manner in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
For all planned schedules, obtain approval from the Senior Officer for official commencement of work and coordinate maintenance activities in GSEW.
Evaluate and formulate maintenance system to ensure best utilization of manpower and facilities adhering to safety standards and guidelines set and followed by the company.
Liaise with supplier companies in order to ensure that all routine/ non routine maintenance and breakdown rectification programs and checklists adhere to operational standards and ensure that all equipment must pass through workshop for preventive maintenance as per Job Card.
