Client Profile
Our client is a reseller and distributor of engineering products and we are recruiting experienced Customer Service Executives to join their team in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
The Role
Deal with client enquiries and orders promptly and satisfactorily ensuring all product knowledge is provided to increase sales.
Process local and international customer orders and invoicing, follow up on the progress of order fulfillment and liaise with logistics for the clearance of goods.
Update the CRM and ERP system with accurate customer information.
Assist with Letter of Credit requirements.
Raise invoices and process billing information.

Essential Skills & Experience Required
3 – 5 years’ UAE experience in an office based B2B customer service, sales support or sales coordination role, preferably in the engineering industry.
Experience of inbound and outbound telephone customer service.
Proficient use of MS Office including Excel, CRM and ERP systems.
Diploma education as a minimum
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Currently living in the Dubai and able to commute to Jebel Ali.
Able to work every alternate Saturday.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
