| Identifying potential customer’s requirements and provide them with the appropriate solution to close the deal Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and finalizing the same as per company standard and RERA regulation. Acting as a single point of contact for existing and potential clients. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients by giving them after sales service in order to have a long term relationship. Gathering market update and collecting customer data base for both industrial, commercial and residential buyers. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
