| Achieve sales target.Stock Management: Tracking inventory, FIFO, removing any expired or damaged products, Creating PO’s as per par level, reporting near expiry, responsible limiting waste/damage to < than 2%, and eliminate shrinkage.Shelf Management: Maintains shelves by observing displays of company products as per planogram (how and where products should be placed) and as per par levels, tidy shelf’s, with no damage.Promotion: Promote products to customers, building relations, up-sale, next sale, cross-sale, sampling, distribution of flyers as per management promotional plans, and maintain stocks before and during promotions.
