Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients.
Should have good drafting skill.
Organisation and time management skills.
Good Looking, Smart & Presentable.
Two years experience in same field.
