Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the senior travel consultants in planning out of itineraries.
Provide service for customers by timely issuance of tickets to enable them to proceed with their travel
Inform clients of travel dates, times, connections, baggage limits, medical & visa requirements and assist in preparing required documents or forms for travel.
Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures relating to ticketing and collection of cash/ cheques from customers.
Maintain an up-to-date database of all regular customers pertaining to their bookings, frequent traveler numbers, meal / seat preferences etc., to offer them personalized service.
Receive and process customer feedback, after completion of travel, to gauge their views/ opinions on the level & quality of service offered by ATTA and scope for improvement, if any.
Education/Certifications
Intermediate / “A’ Levels
Additional qualifications/IATA certification would be an advantage
Years of Experience
1-3 years experience in the travel industry
