– To know daily specials, promotions and run out items.
– To set up the bar, glassware, juices and garnish set up and unlock the liquor.
– To accept drink orders from food and beverage servers in proper BOT’s to keep service bar at optimum level of service.
– To serve guests promptly, hospitably and efficiently, when working in the bar.
