Our company is looking for BOOK KEEPER/ ACCOUNTING CLERK
* With atleast 1-2 years experience
* Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or similar course…
• Handling accounts payable and receivables.
• Recording day to day financial transactions.
• Managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management.
• Invoicing deliveries and paying vendors for their goods and services
Preparing information for auditors.
• Keeping an annual company budget.
• Maintaining petty cash.
• Paying regular bills for the company.
• Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
• Additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
** Salary will be discuss upon interview
