Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Assistant with the following job description:
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases for employees
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
• Assists in purchase orders
• Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
• Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits, and company related licenses;
• Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes;

• Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies;
• To maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
• Proven experience as an office administrator, or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
• Familiarity with office management procedures and principles
• Presentation Skills, Including Welcoming Guests to Events and office;
• Ability to Multitask
• BSC/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred. click to apply
