POSITION PURPOSE
This position will help in ensuring all the equipment’s are clean and ready for the guest use, which will give more time to servers to interact with the guests and guaranteed a high score in GSS and achieve the BSA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures

QUALIFICATION STANDARD
– Has degree or diploma in hotel management
– Has previous work experience
– Has basic F&B knowledge
– Totally embrace the philosophy of guest and customer service and owns the guests;
– Identify yourself with the hotel’s brand and operating philosophy;
– Possess a warm and friendly demeanor;
