Job Summary
Man Management of entire 12 merchandising people under me and train them on the job.
Identified customer needs on sales floor and recommended appropriate solutions.
Responsible for giving new ideas to the management as well as sales team to improve the business.
Handling customer queries through Phone and Email (Supervisor IT and Helpdesk.IT)
Handling escalation cases over the phone, emails and up counter.
Call backs (Feedback call if the customer is Satisfied with service)
Data Entry such as Closing, assigning requesting the spare Parts through
CRM (SAP) Allocating jobs for technicians and follow up to maintain TAT. Marinating Everyday SLA
Provided assistance with store and event site cleaning and upkeep.
Maintained and updated active proposal logs and backlogs.
Focusing and monitoring Daily Sales Figure on daily basis and concentrating to improve the lack areas and taken corrective actions in time to improve more sell out.
Actions have been taken fast to satisfy the customers regarding service, delivery, products and so on
Increasing confidence levels of sales team regularly based on visiting the outlet and motivate them.
Represented company brand with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy.
Achieved monthly sale closing goals on a consistent basis.
Provided product technical customer support as required.
Responded to all customer post-sale queries and requests.

Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management
