• Welcomes and connects with every customer.
• Discover customer needs and suggest products to customers to enhance service and meet sales goals. Offer customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment.
• Respond to customer needs and says thank you to every customer.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards customers towards every need they might have.
• Check the expiry of all the food in Alcatraz in both locations every day and check that all tags are properly displayed and printed in both English and Arabic.
• Check that all the opening and closing checklist of both stores are met everyday.
• Occasionally deliver food until a full-time delivery personnel is hired
• Promote Alcatraz by visiting offices nearby and distributing menus
• Order or supervise staff placing orders from other suppliers. Study quantity required to avoid waste.
• Update a report daily containing what is sold and what is wasted
• Promote or order staff to promote food by standing near the main doors to catch people flow
• Prepare Alcatraz beverages to standards and memorize menus.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards.
