. Restaurant Manager:
-Train and supervise staff
-Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
-Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
-Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
-Maintain safe working conditions
-Follow company policies and procedures regarding the –handling of cash, property, products and equipment

2. Cashier/Kitchen Helper
-Receive payment by cash
-Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
-Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
– Greet customers entering establishments.
-Responsible for keeping the floor area neat. They need to mop and sweep the floor.
-Keep everything in kitchen areas clean and sanitized. They wash the tables, utensils, cabinets and other equipment in the kitchen that are used for food preparation.
-Get rid of the trash on a regular basis. They replace garbage bags after the garbage is thrown and wash it too to make it clean and free from odor.
-Also do food preparation. They work together with the cooks in preparing meals.
-Also assist the other kitchen staff in unloading shipment of foods and supplies that are needed in the kitchen.
-Keep everything in the kitchen in order. They need to pile the pans, pots and other kitchen utensils properly for ease in cooking.
