Below Job responsibilities for the same.
Reconfirms the validity of the passport, visa, and category applied for and photographs even after the verification done by the service desk at the reception.
Responsible for primary data entry.
Accepts service charge, courier charge and passport/visa fee in cash. Prints three receipts, one for the Applicant, one for the Consulate and one for BLS records.
Explains post submission procedure and informing applicant how to track his/her application.
Make a final check on the application by verifying all the important details and assure that there are no mistakes.
Attach category wise file reference barcode stickers on the application form and back of the passport.

Tagging of the application by color coding as required.
Tallying and accounting of day end cash.
Compliance with Behavioral conduct and process as laid down by BLS International Services.
By end of the day to check that all the applications are done and arranged for the Consulate team to pick up next day morning.
Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent typing skills. Should have UAE residence visa valid for more than 6 months.
Position is based in Al Ain and urgent.
