Call Center Customer Service Representative
AVIS Emirates Transport LLC – Dubai AED3,500 – AED4,000 a month
The duties and responsibilities on this job is to received the phone calls taking information regarding the location for passenger or customer then after that we will forward to the driver so that if they will pick and drop the passenger or customer they know where the exact location they will go.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities
Include:
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
