Chefs / Kitchen Staff position:
– Pursuing high hygienic standards and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations
– Ensure correct handling of chemicals and equipment as per manufacturers instructions
– Direct preparing of regular and special meals according to prescribed menus and recipes
– Overseeing food inventory by monitoring proper food temperature, expiration period and storing food properly
– Operating with all kitchen equipment and ensuring that it is kept in safe and operable condition
– Teaching, training, guiding and supervising all kitchen staff under his supervision
– Ensuring that the food operation runs smoothly on a day to day basis and that customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded
– Reports unsafe conditions in the kitchen and suggests possible solutions to hazards

for Waiter/Waitress position:
– Must speak and write with excellent command of the English language including proper spelling and grammar
– Prepare tables for meals, including the complete set up of linens, silverware and glassware
– Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and beverage menus, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods
– Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guests
– Serve food and beverage to guests and receive guest payments and process transactions
– Clear and clean tables promptly according to proper sanitation standards
– Complete side duties as required including, polishing silverware, cafe set up, and replenishment of cafe’s inventory and supplies
– Assistance with the taking of the restaurant inventory as per company’s directives
– Participation in the onboard training program
– Report all equipment problems and restaurant maintenance issues to direct superior
– Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required
