It provides services of leasing and sales of properties. Company now  urgently requires an  Administrative Assistant.
Job Details:
Schedule various appointments and meetings, greeting visitors and clients.
Printing, copying, and filing of various documents.
Make arrangements for travel and hospitality.
Answering to important phone calls, e-mails, and other communication.

Job Requirements:
Candidates with minimum four to five years of work experience in similar job.
Proficient with computers – MS Office and other applications.
Fluency in English  (Arabic will be an advantage).
