Job Details:
Respond to telephone calls from the customers.
Promptly reply to the email enquiries within the specified time.
Solve the issues of customer by follow up concerned departments.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports of customer database.
Providing administrative support to the management team.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate degree holder.
