Aquarist – Aquarium Fish specialist
1) Attends fish and other aquatic life in store and in aquarium exhibits.
2) Prepares food and feeds fish according to schedule.
3) Cleans in store tanks and customers/client and removes algae from tank windows.
4) Attends to customers explaining them about the care of the fish and the tank inhabitants.
5) Cleans all the contents of the tank, including filters, pumps, decorations
6) Collects and compares water samples to colour – coded charts for acid/alkalin analysis
7) Monitors thermometers in tanks and maintains/monitors thermostats to keep ideal temperature.
