Role:
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a high level of service is provided to our customers. The role will be responsible for communications between the customer and warehouse management relative to the daily work product, status, and expectations. The Customer Service Associate will prepare and maintain backup for customer invoices in compliance with company policy.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with internal and external customers to meet and exceed expectations
Exercises discretion and judgment on a regular basis to achieve Customer and company goals
To assist with customer visits when request or facilitated with internal management
To assist with peer training
Escalate customer issues or requests when necessary
Communicates with the team/peers to discuss problems, issues, ideas for improvement
Performs other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in Customer Service/freight forwarding/supply chain/logistics highly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:

Ability to train and instruct others on how to perform tasks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to operate in global environment
Self managing and pro-active
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, Arabic is a plus
