Job Details:
Call credit customer and collect pending invoice cash from them.
Follow up of customer complaints by checking with concerned department.
Maintain and update separate file for customer details.
Reporting to department head about daily activities.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must be a Graduate.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
Previous experience in tele-calling or payment collection calls.
