Clean the office at the start of the day. Maintain the cleanliness during the day.
Keep and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen/pantry / toilet /office equipment and furniture.
Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all times (i.e. soap, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar etc.). Ensure the trashcans are emptied and garbage thrown out end of the day.
Prepare the meeting room to be ready always.
Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and employees.
Prepare stationary supply requests for the office.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Change printer cartridges.
Assist in printing, copying, scanning, faxing and filing. Filing documents as per the department requirement.
Arrange to send documents by courier (FedEx).Prepare the emails for recipient; trace and track the courier and update the person concerned.
Co-ordinate /Follow up with different departments.
Checking emails and send it to the concerned person .
