Description:
Responsibilities:
• Office general administration tasks
• Welcome guest, Answer telephone, connecting calls and take down messages
• Manage booking of the meeting rooms, schedule and confirmed appointment
• Assist with meetings if needed.
• Sorting out mails and process out going mails
• Manage booking of the restaurant, hotels and transportations if needed
• Manage booking and receiving of courier package
• checking and ordering office supplies & pantry supplies
• Coordinate and handle driver bookings, Update KPI and Log in Timesheet for charges
• Handles ISO implementation connected to forms
• Coordinating IT support
• Coordinating with office maintenance provider, cleaning services, Fire extinguisher provider and Car rental
• Coordination with Public/Government authorities for administrative procedures (visa, insurance, employments etc)
• Sorting and filing of accounting voucher – keep invoices records
