Job Details:
Attending calls from customers and provide information about company services.
Keep a separate file and record information about customers.
Follow up of customer complaints by checking with concerned departments.
Submit reports about daily activities to department head.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree holder in any discipline.
Minimum Work Experience of one to two Years in customs clearance and freight forwarding.
Candidate must possess excellent communication skill along with advanced computer skills.
