Job Details:
Attending customer calls and answer to their queries.
Follow up of customer complaints by coordinating with concerned departments.
Administrate the daily activities of the office.
Maintain a separate file for recording customer and employees details.

Job Requirements:
Candidates with experience of 1 – 2 Years in Office Administration and Customer Service in UAE.
Preference to Female candidates.
Excellent written and verbal English.
