Answer incoming telephone calls and forwards calls to appropriate departments.
Record details about visitors in log book Monitors and issue visitor passes.
Schedule appointments of management with clients representatives.
Greet visitors/guests, determining the nature and purpose of visit.
Resolve complaints from customers by follow up with concerned department.
Record receipt and payments in the system and reconcile all petty cash daily.
Assist Admin and HR tasks as needed.
Candidates with experience of 2-4 years in related field.
Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking capability and Ability to prioritize tasks.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work in flexible working hours.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel.
