Job Details:
Answering calls from customers and provide details about company services.
Follow up of customer complaints by checking with concerned departments.
Maintain a separate file to record details about customers.
Answering properly the emails received from customers.
Job Requirements:
Female candidates who can speak English and Arabic.
Candidates who can join our team immediately preferred.
Minimum educational qualification required.
Salary Package : AED4,500 to AED5,000 /month
