Job Summary
Handle both customers and kitchen processes,greeting customers, preparing food, placing food items on trays, adding napkins and condiments, recommending products, promoting special deals, collecting payments, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Responsibilities and Duties
Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant
Help customers to settle down and also take their orders
Process customers’ orders and generate their bills
Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant
Clean all tables after clients have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of clients
Qualifications and Skills
Male or Female
18 to 35 yrs old
High School Graduate
With or Without work experience
Skills:
– Listening actively
– Speaking effectively
– Monitoring
