Downtown Star Real Estate is a full service real investment and management estate company in Dubai. Company now hiring candidates for the post of Administrative Assistant.
Job Details:
Attending phone calls and provide information about company services.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings of management.
Order office supplies and research new deals and supplier.
Book travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of management reports.
Provide assistance in daily administration of the office. .
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least one year experience.
Knowledge in Quickbooks.
Smart and Professional.
Strong personality.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent computer and administration skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to carry out several tasks at the same time.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Able to work independently.
Preference to Female candidates only.
Salary will be based on skills and qualifications.
