Party Camel Gifts is a one-stop online party shop in United Arab Emirates. Company inviting applications from eligible candidates for the vacancy of Office Administrator.
Job Details:
Create and update records and databases with personnel and product data. Ensure this is correct and well organized.
Manage correspondence, liaise with courier service to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures if required.
Coordinate operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and action or redirect to appropriate department.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Job Requirements:
Previous Experience of 2 – 5 Years.
Female candidates preferred.
Candidates with good team work skills.
