We are urgently looking for Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the phone calls and diverting call appropriately
Distribute mails and manage courier collection and delivery
Assist in payroll preparation by providing time attendance report, leave, absences etc
Arrange and submit all documents related to visa process of employees
Maintaining employee records and updating file
Arranging for the provision of stationary and office supplies
Preparing Local Purchase Order
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business related degree
Excellent verbal and written English
Proactive & Self confident
Strong analytical skills
High attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Detailed oriented
Professional attitude and appearance
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Multitasking and time-management skills
Providing general support to visitor
Performing other tasks that may be assigned
