Job Details:
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Organize and schedule appointments of management.
Answer and direct phone calls and transfer to concerned departments.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Job Requirements:

Advertising experience needed.
Knowledge in using CRM ( Propspace) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
