Ocean Sky is a reputed travel and tourism company located in Dubai. Now they requires a Customer Service Representative cum Receptionist to fill the current vacancy.
Job Details:
Attending calls from customers and provide information about company services.
Solve the complaints of customers by follow up with concerned department.
Maintain the database of customers.
Job Requirements:
Female candidate needed.
Candidate should be presentable / energetic / confident.
Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in UAE.
Should know Fluent English (written / Spoken).
Should be graduate in Commerce. (Bachelors).
Preferred Nationality Pakistani. Salary : 3500 AED
