Set up of the internal accounting structure, preparation of the monthly reporting, closing of accounts, processing of accounts payable and debtors.

• Recording invoicing sales
• Petty cash control
• Asset accounting
• Year end report and annual audit
• Preparation of yearly budget
• Preparation of quarterly forecast report and management report
• Preparation of VAT invoices and filling of VAT returns
• Managing corporate credit cards
• Managing Health Insurance, Office Insurance and Motor Insurance policies and renewals
• Managing Bank accounts day to day transfer and preparation of remittance and cheque payments.
• Managing lease agreements, Trade Licence and chamber of commerce membership and renewals
• Day-to-day operational activities such as petty cash handling, reimbursement, office supplies and handling payment of monthly bills utility bills.
• Maintaining files and folders of documents
As Human Resources support your role will include but not be limited to:
• Handling monthly payroll
• Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, leaves and attendance management.
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Updating management on staff passport and visa renewal deadlines
