Karmen Engineering is an EPCM company to support Upstream Oil & Gas (Off Shore/On-Shore) Industries like FPSO, CPP, WHP as well as Downstream industries like Refinery, Pipelines, Tank Farms, Terminals, Petrochemical Plants etc. Company hiring now an Administrator/Personnel Assistant at Dubai.
Job Details:
Keeping the Managing Director informed of appointments and meetings scheduled and ensuring enough time for each meeting.
Assist Managing Director to keep to the timetable on a daily basis by ensuring that internal attendees arrive on time.
Keeping all read, told, overheard information of the company and management strictly confidential at all times.
Organize office operations and procedures.
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.

Job Requirements:
General PA / Admin experience.
Should know Autocad.
Good Communication skill.
