• Responsible for the service standards of serving customer.
• Clean and prepare condiments.
• To achieve Budgeted Sales target achievement.
• Does not leave the area of work without notifying the cashier/Outlet in charge.
• Perform all side duties established by the outlet in charge.
• They are responsible for cleaning table taking Glass/ to kitchen, Refilling glasses/water,
• and seating customers.
• To be familiar with food and menu terminology.
• The set service standards to be followed while serving the guest.
• To follow the company policies and procedures and all food and beverage standards.
• To offer quality service at all times.
• To operate according to all account policies and procedures of the outlet.
• To ensure orders are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest.
• To up sell food and beverage products.
• To ensure that all departmental employees follow personal hygiene and grooming standards, fire safety rules and health and safety rules.
• To perform all other related duties as requested.
