Office Assisant

Job Details:
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Greet and welcome visitors.
Provide administrative support to Dubai Office.
Manage Director’s agenda.
Arrange travels, visas and accommodation (airline/train tickets, accommodation, transport and requirements for visas, etc).
Organize the office layout and order necessary supplies.
Coordinate events held within the office space (audiovisual equipment of the room, catering and required materials).
Ensure an excellent maintenance of the different areas of the space.
Reception and delivery of mail and correspondence.

Basic Education needed.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Microsoft Office (proficiency).
Attention to detail.
Experience working with suppliers.
