Place: SAIF Zone Sharjah
Filipino Female Executive Secretary required.
The candidate would have the following responsibility :-
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Managing daily / weekly / monthly agenda
Prepare letters/ quotations for projects.
Checking emails and give them appropriate reply
Maintaining Office Documents and related files in soft copy as well as hard copy
Should know how to prepare agreements / contracts
The candidate should have the following requirements :-
Proficient in MS Office packages is a must (Excel/ Word / email etc)
Should have well typing skill
Develop and maintain a filing system
Capable to maintain the office environment

Familiarity with basic research methods
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Integrity and confidentiality
Super multi-tasking abilities
2-4 YEARS RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
