We are currently looking to hire a secretary / receptionist with minimum 2
years of experience as secretary. Should be very presentable, smart and
should possess good communication skills.
1. Should have minimum 2 years of experience as secretary / receptionist
2. Should have good written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS office
3. Should be able to sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries documents/ post, etc
4. Update calendars and schedule meetings
5. Arrange travel tickets of office and hotel bookings
6. Keep updated records of office expenses / stationary and to do other related duties such as filing and faxing as and when required.
High school diploma or Bachelors degree
Education Field of Study: Office administration, Secretarial science
