Description
We are currently looking for a friendly and organised Corporate Receptionist. This opportunity is a pivotal role as the successful candidate will be creating a first impression with our clients as well as being a frequent point of contact for clients over the phone.
Requirements
Your main responsibilities will include:
Greet clients and visitors to the Firm;
Answer all incoming calls and recording messages;
Maintain reception area and meeting rooms;
Process of incoming and outgoing mail;
Organise incoming and outgoing deliveries;
Liaise with contractors/technicians regarding the maintenance of office facilities/equipment;

Provisions
Salary: AED 3,000
