Description:
Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
Liaise with Delivery Team to get Quotation
Provides customer additional information or explains services and send quotation.
Follow up with Both customer and Delivery team
Calendar Scheduling of work and appointments for Inspection.
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
Accurately captures customer information
Creates and maintains service reports

Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask
Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
Possess strong problem solving skills
