Monthly Salary: 4,000 – 5,999 AED

Minimum Work Experience: 1-2 Years
Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree
Description:
Job Resposibilities:
Maintaining and updating office staff record / company databasas ( hard and soft copies)
● Organizing schedules,meetings,appointments and travel arrangements of management.
● Prepairing drafts,letters,agreements and other related documents.
● Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources.
● Advertising vecancies,shortlisting of CV’s and scheduling interviews.
● Preparing offer letters,employment contracts and job descriptions.
● Assisting with any other duties that will be assigned from timebto time.

*TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST HAVE*

■ 1+ year UAE experince.
■ Excellent Microsoft excel and word skills.
■ Good communication in english (written and spoken)
■ A hardeorking ,honest and trustworthy attitude.
■ Excellent time management skills.
