• Following all the recipes according to the set standards.
• Ensuring all the duties given by the outlet in charge chef are followed and respected
• Carry out the assigned job in an efficient manner keeping in mind always the prescribed standards of La Brioche.
• Assist the outlet chef in charge in creation of daily specials.
• To report all important issues back to the outlet chef in charge and the supervisor.
• Maintaining the required standards of personal hygiene and the hygiene of the kitchen.
• Maintaining proper co-ordination and communication with the service staff.
• To report any sickness or absence to the outlet chef in charge immediately.
• To show alertness, vigilance and attention to detail to all work.
• To be proactive in self-development.
• To support all the decisions made by the management and adapt to changes showing flexibility and enthusiasm.
• To work clam under pressure.
