Customer Service Representative
AED3,000 – AED3,500 a month
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, product and services, payments, cancellations, and other queries.
Communicating with customers through various channels; Phone, email, web chat or social media
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Register new customer through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through various channels
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Researching and resolving client complaints and concerns
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
Maintain awareness of competitive activity and opportunities for product development
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Help generate sales leads, by selling company’s products and service
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Act as the company gatekeeper
Required Skills
Excellent communication skill – verbal and written.
Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly.
Analysis and problem assessment skills demonstrated by the ability to collect the necessary information to identify key issues and identify cause-effect relationships.

Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people.
Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure.
In-depth product knowledge including proactive learning and understanding.
Arabic will be good but not mandatory.
Should be available to join immediately.
